步骤：

• 新建conda环境，下载软件

• 将bam文件转为bigwig文件，再转为wig文件

// Linux

#创建环境并下载deeptools包
conda create -n deeptools -c bioconda deeptools numpy=1

conda activate  deeptools

#安装samtools包
conda install samtools

#创建bai索引文件
samtools index N1.bam

#将bam文件转为wig文件
#安装bedtools包
conda install bedtools
#一步到位
bedtools genomecov -ibam sample.bam -bg -split -trackline > sample.wig


#获取depth
samtools flagstat sample.bam
输出里会有类似：
12345678 + 0 in total (QC-passed reads + QC-failed reads)
9876543 + 0 mapped (80.0% : N/A)
其中 mapped reads 数量 就是 9876543

#在mapping_wig_location_with_depth文件中依次添加样品名和depth

#创建染色体文件
cat hg38_3UTR_annotation.bed |cut -f1|sort|uniq > chrList.txt

#修改configure.txt中的信息，包括样品名等

#最终运行
python DaPars2_Multi_Sample_Multi_Chr.py Dapars2_configure_file chrList.txt
