细胞追踪（Random migration/Wound healing）

• 96孔板铺板2000-3000个细胞，10倍镜，每隔15分钟拍照，持续24h

• 导出AVI格式视频：Export > As displayed > Next, select the wells to export > Next, select timepoints > Next, select folder, choose type of file: AVI no compression > Export

• 下载celltraxx插件：https://github.com/borge-holme/celltraxx_download/tree/main

• 按照User Manual进行文件夹设置。C盘下需要有celltraxx_system和celltraxx_data两个文件夹，后者用来存放AVI视频文件。

• 按照User Manual指引，在ImageJ中安装celltraxx插件

• 点击ImageJ-Plugins-Macros-celltraxx imagej macro

• 设置各项参数，包括是否是Wound healing mode，Gaussian filter radius，Smallest cell diameter， Largest cell diameter，Cutting cell diameter等。可以拖动紫色框限定分析的范围（划痕模式可以只选前沿）。

• 查看自动分割的结果，进行微调以及update。
